Dispute Resolution
This Dispute Resolution clause ("Clause") sets forth the procedures and guidelines for resolving any disputes or claims that may arise between you ("User" or "you") and Life Under A Maple Tree ("Company" or "we") related to your use of the website www.lifeunderamapletree.com.

1. Negotiation and Informal Resolution:
1.1. In the event of any dispute or claim, the User agrees to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.
1.2. The User shall provide written notice to the Company describing the nature of the dispute or claim and the desired resolution.
1.3. The Company shall respond to the User's notice within a reasonable time frame and engage in sincere efforts to resolve the dispute amicably.

2. Mediation:
2.1. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, they agree to proceed to non-binding mediation.
2.2. The User and the Company shall jointly select a neutral mediator and share the costs of the mediation process equally.
2.3. The mediation shall take place at a mutually agreed location and in accordance with the rules and procedures of the selected mediator.

3. Arbitration:
3.1. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation or mediation, the User and the Company agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration.
3.2. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2021.
3.3. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties or, in the absence of agreement, by the [Arbitration Institution].
3.4. The arbitration shall be held in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
3.5. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties, and any court of competent jurisdiction may enforce it.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
4.1. This Clause shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
4.2. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Clause shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dehradun, India.
4.3. The User and the Company hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of any such action or proceeding.

5. Severability:
5.1. If any provision of this Clause is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
5.2. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that achieves the original intent of the Clause as closely as possible.
