DMCA Policy

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy ("Policy") outlines the procedures and guidelines for reporting and handling copyright infringement claims in accordance with the provisions of the DMCA.  3.  Counter-Notification:

3.1. If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent.

3.2. The counter-notification must include the following information:

a) Your physical or electronic signature.

b) Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, along with its location prior to removal or disabling.

c) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

d) Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

e) A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside or the jurisdiction of the court where the Company is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice.

 4. Repeat Infringers:

4.1. The Company may, in its discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrights.

 5. Disclaimer:

5.1. The Company does not endorse, promote, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party content or links provided on the Website.

5.2. The Company shall not be held responsible for any copyright infringement caused by users or third-party content displayed on the Website.
